How do you create life-long swimmers? Hopefully through EDUCATION & FUN. We strongly agree that for someone to swim & enjoy swimming, we need to educate them so they understand how the water works For & Against us. SO to do this IT NEEDS TO BE FUN!!

Modern technology like @SwimStats will track your progress through a modern App and computer system if you wish.
